Specialties

You may be here because you’re facing a life obstacle—relationship conflict, burnout, job stress, adjusting to a new environment, or coping with a recent loss. Maybe you’re feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or questioning aspects of your identity, values, or sense of self.

Sometimes longstanding issues or unresolved trauma resurface in ways we can’t ignore. Or maybe you simply want a supportive, nonjudgmental space to talk and process what you’re going through. Whatever brings you here, I approach you as a whole person and tailor therapy to fit your specific needs.

I focus on both symptom relief and deeper exploration. My approach is trauma-informed, somatic, and integrative—drawing from psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, parts work, and mindfulness-based therapy. Together, we work toward greater clarity, resilience, and connection to your most authentic self.

Getting started with therapy

  • We will speak by phone for a free 15-minute consultation to determine if we may be a fit to work together. In this call, you can discuss what you are hoping to work on in therapy and ask questions about my services. If we determine we would be a fit to work together, we may proceed to schedule an initial appointment.

  • In the first meetings, we will discuss your history, symptoms, treatment goals, and determine if I feel I can assist you. At the end of this period, we will determine if it makes sense to proceed with treatment.

  • Therapy sessions are generally 45-50 minutes weekly, and the duration of treatment depends on your individual needs. In therapy sessions we process emotions, work towards your goals, and develop new ways of thinking and being.
